The school and its students face scrutiny after star pupil Cassie Shore falls from the roof of the school’s building and ends up in a coma. The storyline incorporates the investigation into Cassie’s fall as well as exploring topics such as eating disorders, drug abuse and racism. If you loved Pretty Little Liars, you will be sure to love this!

Bridgerton

If you have a Tiktok account, you have probably already heard of the new Netflix show Bridgerton. Bridgerton dropped onto Netflix on Christmas day. So, if you didn’t binge-watch it already over Christmas, now is the time to do so. It is another Netflix series that is based on fiction and is adapted from the romance novels of Julia Quinn. Bridgeton is set in the Regency era. However, there are still nods to modern-day in the series. As seen in the first episode, Daphne Bridgerton attends a ball where the orchestra plays Arianna Grande’s song Thank u, Next. Daphne Bridgerton is one of the main characters in the show as it follows her journey to find a husband. It is hard not to talk about Bridgerton without mentioning the Duke of Hastings. Prepare to meet your new TV crush.

Wild Child

This coming of age rom-com follows ‘wild child’ Poppy Moore as her father ships her off to an English boarding school. The strict school is a far cry from her pampered life in Malibu. So Poppy decides to do everything she can to be dismissed and be able to return home. However, what Poppy did not expect is that she would find friendship and love during her time there. This chick flick is an oldie but a goodie and is perfect for when you want to switch off from the world.

Unsolved Mysteries

If you are a fan of true crime documentaries and things that go bump in the night, this is the series for you. This investigative series has two volumes on Netflix that look at unexplained disappearances, suspicious deaths and even alien encounters. Each episode looks into a new unsolved mystery and includes interviews with family, friends, and police officers. As well as interviews the series uses re-enactments. So you can get an insight into the events that took place.

Excuse me, I love you

If it involves QUEEN Ariana Grande, then it is a must-watch! If you weren’t lucky enough to see the Sweetener Tour live, like us, then prepare to be wowed. This concert movie features footage shot on the last day of Ariana’s European world tour at London’s O2 Arena. The film is filled with jaw-dropping vocals, flawless dance routines and incredible costumes. It also gives you an insight into what goes on backstage and during rehearsals. Let’s just say our love for Ariana has grown even more! If that is even possible.
