RETURNS

We advise our customers to choose carefully as we do not give refunds for simple change of mind or wrong selection.

In the case that goods are wrongly described or different from a advertised sample shown, you can choose between a refund or exchange.

Please ensure to retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. All returns must be made in original condition, unopened and unused. Returns must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Fanola will not pay to return items left in unacceptable condition. We take no responsibility for lost items when sending returns, so we suggest you send the products via registered post.

Values on gift cards and promotional codes cannot be returned or exchanged and cannot be applied to exchanges. Once the item has been received and deemed acceptable by the Fanola’s standards, we will happily refund or exchange it.
